Easter is not a day, it is a season, and for us Christ followers, it is a way of life. In order for us to prepare for Easter Sunday, I want us to spend this week looking at Jesus’ last week as a man on the earth. I’ll be using the Gospel of Luke, but you can also find these passages in other Gospels.
Today, read about Jesus at the Temple in Luke 19:45-20:8. After you read this well-known story, reflect on what He did at the Temple that day. He was very deliberate. If we think about our bodies being the temple of the Spirit, what does Jesus need to drive out or clean to be truly honored? Today I encourage you to pray for Him to show you areas that need to be made right.
