Loving God, Loving Others, Making Disciples

Retraining The Mind

We are constantly reminded by the world that we aren’t good enough, pretty enough, smart enough, rich enough, etc… We must retrain our minds daily to believe the truth of God’s Word.

Paul says in his letter to the Romans, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” (Romans 12:2)

In Jesus, we are loved, forgiven, and accepted. We are children of the most High God and our salvation is secure in Him. Our significance and self-worth come from God’s word and who He says we are. We don’t get our identity from the world because we are complete in Christ. Dive into the Word today and see what He is saying to you.
