Growing up I loved reading. One of my favorite genres was spy novels. I read all of the James Bond novels. There was lots of action and he often found himself in what seemed like impossible situations. However, through all of the nail-biting, captures, and pitfalls, we knew that he would always come out on top – he would always save the day.
According to James, we will go through many twists and turns, ups and downs, good times and bad, but we know how the story will end. The verse above is a promise from God that if we remain steadfast, God will grant us the crown of life.
