Three Point had its humble beginning as a Bible study of just fifteen people meeting on a beautiful outdoor patio in August of 2007. In September of the same year, the first “public” meetings were held in a rented public use building with a vision for intentionally sharing the message and love of Jesus with others and by encouraging them to investigate the Truth at their own pace; encouraging them to know Jesus and grow to be like Him. Our mission has always been to Love God, Love Others, and to Make Disciples. In less than two months, it grew from fifteen people to over 100. In October of that year, we moved to Arnold Elementary, and then to Mt. Zion Elementary, where we met as a church for many years. In April of 2015, we moved into our current building.
We have faced many good times (dedications, weddings, baptisms, re-dedications…) and some difficult seasons (funerals, moving, COVID…) but we are staying true to our mission of Loving God, Loving Others, and Making Disciples. Our vision is to see people’s lives transformed by God’s amazing love and power.
I thank God for His blessings on Three Point and the opportunity we have to be His body in this place. From teaching the Word through our services and small groups, to serving people in the community, to providing a place for fellowship with others in the family of God – the building we call home has been a wonderful blessing where we can express our love of God, our love for others and the facility to make disciples. Your support, whether by your prayers, presence, or financial giving, combined to make Three Point a home and a blessing!
As we enter into 2026, I wanted to thank you and to let you know that I am praying for you daily. I hope this will be your best year yet.
“Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.” 3 John 1:2
