Following three years missions training, in 1975 Donna and Gary Beach left to study French in Quebec, Canada for a year in preparation for serving in West Africa where they worked for many years. Most of that time Gary assisted the work of planting Churches in remote tribal areas by building houses for the missionaries who would live and work there. Donna also assisted the ministry in many varied ways as well as seeing to the challenging needs of their growing family. They have two sons and two daughters; all are grown and married and serving the Lord where they are. They have also been greatly blessed with 13 grandchildren, with another on the way.
While on furlough from Cote d’Ivoire, Africa in 2000, they were asked to help develop the NTM-UK European Bible College and Missionary training centre in North Cotes England. They have served there since May, 2001. Donna works as a receptionist at the UK Mission Headquarters and Gary, along with a small team of men see to the ongoing development and care of the campus. Gary also teaches the Off Grid Tech course to the second year students. This class prepares them to handle the practical aspects of living in the remote areas of the world where the utilities they have known in their homeland, are non-existent. At North Cotes College whatever their role, the staff are all involved in the students’ lives, helping to prepare them to take the wonderful message of salvation in Christ to the least reached people of the world. Thank you for your prayers!
