Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” John 20:29
We see three stages in the reaction of people to the resurrection: Doubt, Joy, and Worship. We see these in the women at the tomb; in Peter, John, and the other disciples; in Thomas; in the reaction of the two men on the road to Emmaus; and in the Pharisees that came to believe. Today, we experience these same reactions to the Good News of the Gospel as we encounter Jesus, the Living Lord.
