Loving God, Loving Others, Making Disciples

Rooted In Community

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer…Acts 2:42

Many people love Jesus… but struggle with His people.

Some have been hurt. Some are tired. Some prefer privacy. But Scripture is clear: – Spiritual growth is personal, but it is never private.

That’s the picture of the church in Acts 2. Not isolated believers standing tall on their own strength, but people whose lives were deeply intertwined— in worship, in prayer, in meals, in generosity, in mission.

You can’t grow roots like that in isolation. God grows us best in community, not isolation.
