“I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him.” John 14:6-7
John wrote to encourage his readers to resist the false teachers who were distorting the truth and deceiving some of the believers. False teaching had already begun to infect the early church. The common error was Jesus Christ.
Even today, there are in some modern ideologies and theories of religion, different ideas about Jesus. However, the Scripture is clear – Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and no one comes to the Father except through Him.
