14 How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? The Gospel is not a private treasure, but a public truth. It’s not enough to believe the Word—we are commanded to share the Word, because people cannot believe what they have never heard.
Faith comes by hearing, and hearing through the Word of Christ. We are not only called to live by the Word—we are called to speak it and send it.
