Independence from the Word of God leads to Spiritual Immorality, Independence from the Authority of God leads to Spiritual Arrogance, and Independence from the Spirit of God leads to Spiritual Ignorance
In Jude’s letter, verses 1-4, Jude is appealing to believers to contend for the faith out of personal concern for the church.
In verses 5-10, Jude is revealing the sins of those slipping into the church with false theology by boldly exposing those who “indulged in sexual immorality” using examples from the past.
