“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16
The resurrection vindicated Jesus’ claims about himself, that he was the Son of God in the flesh, the fulfillment of God’s dealings with humankind. Christ’s Resurrection shows us that his promises are always kept even when we think they cannot or will not be kept.
We can live eternally but we can begin to live more abundantly in Christ right now.
